How Does BRI Work?

BRI begins with a screening process which involves researching publicly traded companies to see how they promote their business and how they make their profits. While keeping a biblical perspective in mind, we analyze what companies do right and what they do wrong through positive and negative screens.

Positive screens give insight on how a particular company is impacting the world for good. These areas of impact include, community engagement, shareholder advocacy, environmental stewardship, supply chain management, and employee and customer care.

Negative screens reveal violations in companies' business models and profit utilization in areas such as abortion, entertainment, pornography, lifestyle, human rights, alcohol, tobacco, and gambling.
